Carl Heinrich Bruhn

Carl Heinrich Bruhn, graduate agricultural engineer, founded Hofkontor AG together with Dirk Detlefsen. He is chair of the supervisory board and held a senior management position in the milk industry for eleven years, his last position as chair of the Sachsenmilch Group in Dresden. He brings experience in the strategic development and management of international food companies into Hofkontor AG.

On finishing university, Carl Heinrich Bruhn took over the family farm on which he has been running a biogas plant in partnership with several other farmers since 2006.

Stadtwerke Flensburg GmbH

Through Flensburger Förde Energie GmbH, Stadtwerke Flensburg (the Flensburg public utility provider) and its managing director Matthias Wolfskeil is directly involved in Hofkultur AG with a 25.1 % share, and their involvement strengthens the company’s activities in the regenerative energy sector. As a regional energy supplier, Stadtwerke Flensburg possesses great expertise in power plant operation, and in the distribution of energy distribution to consumers. This expertise enhances Hofkontor AG’s work in planning biogas plant projects as part of a decentralised energy generation.

Frank Reiners

Frank Reiners is "Diplom-Kaufmann", freely translated MBA and member of the management board of Arbitax AG. He is member of the Hofkontor supervisory board for several years. His expert knowledge, due to his work as chartered accountant is an important foundation to success of Hofkontor AG. Arbitax AG, founded 1995, is a medium-sized business company that deals with
economy, tax and business administration. One of its main focus are renweable energies.
